Bitter Truth Pimento Dram Liqueur

Pimento Dram, a rum-based liqueur manufactured in Jamaica for The Bittter Truth, is based on allspice (called pimento or Jamaican pepper) and also incorporates cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Tasting note: Heavy, full-bodied, but agreeable allspice flavour, with rum and molasses overtones tempering the allspice's rougher edges. Nicely bitter ingredients assist to balance and shape the liqueur, making it more than just a spicy syrup.
