This Caramel liqueur made by Joseph Cartrons is made from liquid cooking caramel and is a symbol of wealth, flavour, and greed. Its enticing amber colour and unrivalled length in the mouth result in a rather elegant liqueur that is ideal for savoury cocktails. 

Tasting note: The nose is rich, with notes of salty butter and brown sugar. Custard and vanilla sugar notes. Elegance and finesse are the pillars of the mouth. There isn't a trace of sweetness.
