The mint essential oil used in the production of Joseph Cartrons Green Peppermint Liqueur is made from Chinese peppery mint and icy mint, and it has a good aromatic strength. When it comes to mixing the different ingredients of this liqueur of a icy white colour, furiously raw, pleasantly peppery, and very long in the mouth, Joseph Cartron's ancestral know-how completely expresses itself. 

Tasting note: Fresh, mentholated, and light on the nose. The first wave gives a minty sensation in the mouth. The harmony is fantastic. At the end of the mouth, the sugariness is barely noticeable. Perfect in cocktails or alone as a digestif.
