15ml Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
15ml Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba

Calories: Approximately 180 per serving

step 1 Fill Martini glass with ice to chill

step 2 Add all ingredients to shaker including egg white

step 3 Shake all ingredients firmly (without ice) for a dry shake

step 4 Leave ingredients in shaker and add ice

step 5 Shake all ingredients including ice firmly

step 6 Discard ice from glass and fine strain ingredients in to glass

step 7 Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
