Akori Gin

Akori is a Japanese-inspired gin brewed from rice spirit, juniper, and botanicals like dragon fruit, kumquat, citrus, and ginger.

Tasting note: Clean, robust, fresh, and floral, with overtones of berries, orange, and spice in a smooth and somewhat oily consistency. All of the flavours you'd expect from gin, but with a twist.
