Edinburgh Gin and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh collaborated on this project. This expression, named after the 1670 Physic Garden, combines botanicals that would have been found in the original Physic Garden (such as sweet cicely and fennel seeds and leaves) with exotic botanicals freshly selected from Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden (along the lines of piper leaf, Tasmannia lanceolata leaf and Tasmanian mountain pepper).
